Due to the high workload of the Gleev curator, reinforcement was required and @Prontera was quickly hired for a much larger volume of work. Due to the agreed budget, a significant increase in salary was increased only in the new Term.

Planned WG budget:

Planned spending: 125 930 JOY/term (41,040 for Lead, 21,700 Joy for @ferdikesh_studio, 10,930 Joy each for @Kira_skipper, Import Jan 28, 2023 , mikasa, 25920 Joy for Curator Gleev @Prontera, 4320 Joy for new curator).

Planned spending after salary:

3 Category A videos were identified under the CRP. Authors will be awarded (3000 Joy) after verification.

After reviewing all historical NFTs and revaluing them, the best ones will be selected for NFT Sheme rewards.

CWG priorities for part of term:

• The main work of curating videos, channels and metadata (resources) in Gleev and l1.media
• All non yt-synch channels are reviewed for Reward Content Policy by curators in more than 48 hours after first video is published [objectives score OKR]
• Working with CRP [Content Rewards Policy]
