The Council has the power to appoint a Content Curator Lead for the network who can hire further Content Curators. The Content Lead also decides on priorities for curation. If necessary, upon discussing with the council, the Lead can also decide to fire curators who are not performing their jobs adequately.

Monitor the publication of new content in Playground in accordance with the established weekly work schedule.
Update content information to ensure its accuracy, report to the Council on the work done.
Review licenses for compliance.
Respond to and note any discrepancies or violations identified during the verification process.
Review and respond to messages from content creators, respond to possible disputed processes arising from video uploads, etc.
Collaborate with Builders to improve both the tools and the user experience in order to improve the integrity and quality of the content catalog.
Organize and supervise the work of curators. Assist staff if the workload is not commensurate with the deadline.
Determine to-do lists for the week. Set goals and objectives.
Select content and update featuring videos daily.
Keep track of categories in the content catalog: update category videos monthly; add categories if necessary.
Censor video material, if necessary. In accordance with the content policy.
Check uploaded videos by authors for compliance with licenses.
