The Council has the power to appoint a Content Curator Lead for the network who can hire further Content Curators. The Content Lead also decides on priorities for curation. If necessary, upon discussing with the council, the Lead can also decide to fire curators who are not performing their jobs adequately.

Responsibilities

- Monitor the publishing of new content into the content directory, and respond to reports about contested publications;
- Adjudicate possible dispute processes resulting from reports from users;
- Update information on content to be accurate;
- Manage and coordinate the actions of the Content Working Group;
- Provide proper managemnet of the team, keep changing of the team up-to-date;
- Know how cooperate with CLI management and how to check numbers (budgets, spendings and rewards) by special service.
- Control the check of channels and videos for compliance with the content placement rules
- Monitoring the productivity of supervisors, distributing the workload among employees, taking into account skills, experience and availability.
- Correction of employees' salaries according to the volume, quality of work, also taking into account the availability
- Payments under CRP programs, early adopters and other programs. Ensuring transparency of these payments.
- Work with the Marketing Group and the HR Group
- Uploading analytical and static data about downloadable content at the request of Leads working groups and consuls.
- At the request of the consuls and Lead MWG, updating the contacts of the authors of the channels uploaded via YPP.

Requirements

- Fairly adjudicate disputes, and communicate in clear and transparent way with stakeholders and participants
- Hold sufficient amount of the native platform token to put at stake;
- To be prepared enough to procide effective communication (internal and external) via Discord, Telegram, Forum;
- Keep stay informed about any changes or news of the project, participate in Community and Council calls.
