HR Working Group Report for Term 20

Summary

This term, all tasks were executed smoothly. We've enhanced the structure of DAO daily standup meetings, collecting and implementing feedback from attendees, established boilerplate responses for FAQs, improved community support and moderation performance, recognised new hired contributors in the DAO, onboarded a new Arabic moderator who is on trial under MWG, updated the DAO workers database. We’ve also encouraged new members to update their pioneer profile, In the upcoming term, we aim to integrate all HR workers onto Telegram “community support” roles for enhanced community recognition and support efficiency. The Lead scoring test is currently in progress, and we'll share the final evaluation report upon its completion. Additionally, we've initiated activities related to Q4 KR - 1.4, 1.7, and 3.1 as outlined in the Term 21 plan. Notably, I rewarded a 10% salary bonus for two outstanding HR workers, @Genius and @spat_sochi , for their exceptional performance this term.

6 Keep up-to-date and accurate daily record of Joy value for this term (1) Post the daily price of the Joy token here. On the first day of each new term, calculate the average value and publish it on the forum. This readjusted to using EMA30 to update price at the beginning of the term, according to this proposal.
7 Lead Scoring (1) Follow up on the two previous Leads discussions and come up with proposal from contributions made so far. The lead scoring test run Prototype approved by Council was conducted, report will be submitted on forum and presented during Council 21st handover meeting.
8 Moderate DAO-Daily Standup and main governance meetings Hold and moderate daily calls from Monday to Friday. Motivate people to share their plans, thoughts, and express themselves. Done.
