Rationale: Reward based salary for 10 openings for Community support role in HR, 300 JOY$ daily for 15 days = 45,000 $JOY. Payment is made through discretionary spending based on good performance output.

3. Work status for the Term

All these objectives are linked to the Key Results of the approved O-2-3 DAO Objective: Rapid growth and high engagement of Joystream community.

This has not been proven to be working efficiently and might be due to configurations. Further research will be made by @Anonymous and @counsellor on how to make the bot work better. Overall activity of the Telegram chat was visibly improved and will be worked on in the next term.

(3) Initiate and maintain other engagement activities according to plan Game bot was deployed in discord with challenges that took ample time to overcome but just with the #Quiz Channel with a solution from @Anonymous
The #Games channel bot will be looked into with Martin and set up by next term.
3 Assist members in creating membership on Pioneer. (1) Increase HR knowledge of On-Chain Membership creation by 50%
(2) Accelerate response to On-Chain membership enquiry by 30% (1) Increase workers efficiency to providing assistance to members Ongoing, satisfactorily. There is also room for improvement.
4 Increase Content Creators Growth (1) Increase Content Creators participation and engagement with gleev/l1media by 20% (1) Promoting the use of gleev/l1media by content creators with community engagement plan This is incorporated via onboarding process with new members, also more awareness will be created with a reward attached.
