1 Recognition of Joystream DAO Workers Developing an NFT Certificate of Participation for the purpose of recognition and verification of contribution with Joystream DAO Proposal for the process of issuance of Certificate has been initiated, awaiting on Council’s approval. Meanwhile Certificate was issued to MWG contributor, Itzel Mundo.
2 Database of members skills and expertise To have a proper documentation of individuals who have been identified as having the potential to contribute to the DAO through their skills and experience and  can be proactively reached out to in a case of need for an opening or to perform a specific task which they are qualified for. In light of the recent Crew3 Campaign by the Marketing Working Group. The MWG Lead has been reached out to, to provide this data with the most qualified individuals in the just concluded campaign. This will be documented with the previous DAO members data as well.
