If the council will honor the request made via the Leads salary assessment for an increase in @abramaria_ 's salary from 0.05 to 0.07 per block, that will lead to 4,341 $JOY extra to the planned budget.
Priority 1: Develop an effective Community engagement Plan: A proper process to keep the Joystream Community members engaged on a daily basis and also become a positive contributor to the Joystream project.

Brief Description: A request was made by the MWG Lead for a COE for one of it's workers from HR for the purpose of recognition and verification of participation with Joystream DAO
Task Update: A certificate of participation will be issued to MWG worker Itz, in this term, and a formal proposal on General issuance of such certificate upon request by DAO participants will be initiated to create a standardised and DAO approved process of its Issuance.
