Priority 1: Leads Salary Adjustment - Submitted to Council

Key Action: Developed a Questionnaire for leads to give feedback

Brief Description: Evaluating Leads reward to determine whether it is a fair compensation for their input towards the Joystream DAO. This takes into account the roles, responsibilities, tasks and experience of the Leads.

Goals: To ensure that workers are being compensated appropriately and to identify any areas where adjustments may be needed.
