2. Working Group Budget:
Planned Budget: 54,000 JOY (For Lead and Worker)
Note: More refill will be requested as 2 positions will be filled shortly and will demand for a budget refill. Also in regards to the community engagement plan that is being developed, this might also need a budget refill from council in a case of bounty rewards or incentivization.
3. Working Group Priorities:

- Develop a Community Engagement plan: This is a prerequisite for the Community Management position in HR. To develop a 15 days daily community engagement activities in the Joystream DAO.
- Develop and Implement NFT C of E for Dao Worker: A plan to develop an NFT Certificate of Employment for Joystream workers is in process and will be executed to completion soonest.
- Assessment of Leads' Salaries: Questionnaire for this Assessment has been reviewed and will be integrated in this term.
- Proposal to implement Interview Session Schedule upon Council Candidacy Announcement: The HR will propose to have Council Candidates announce for Candidacy on time and also schedule an interview session with HR as a prerequisite for Council Election.
- Proposal for a set aside budget for HR Visual activities: HR will propose to have some Funding in regards to it's visual activities to reward editors and transcribers on a reward based method, this is not a working position and will only require a one time payment on task execution in a term.
- Follow up on JSDAO talent resource pool; Implementation on JSS: A follow up, regarding previous suggestion and creation of forms to collect community members data on skills and desired working groups to belong to.
