Recruitment


  1. We will outreach to discord servers relevant to blockchain industry. We will try to bring professionals on board for joystream.
  2. We will introduce joystream as dao and app to these potentials.
  3. We will refer them to HR working group, which will further guide them to build their careers at joystream.
  4. We will track their performance for first week atleast. We will take their responsibility.

Documentation


  1. We will review handbook continuously, we will find flaws/improvement boxes. We will explain tracked issues in details. We will purpose their solutions in details. we will perform internal review and then will send complete report including flaws/improvement boxes and purposed solutions to @Ben Holden-Crowther.

Content creation


  1. We will produce helpful video guides for new comers who join joystream as creator, viewer/investor and worker.
  2. We will produce informative videos about joystream app/DAO for purpose of brand awareness.
  3. We will make content for our social audience at reddit, twitter and discord.

Research and analysis


  1. We will perform research and analysis on our competitors.
