Highly experienced recruiter(s) who typically has a deep understanding of the hiring process and expertise in sourcing and evaluating job candidates for Joystream DAO

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating and putting into action a recruitment strategy to draw potential members of the DAO community

Evaluating potential members to make sure they are in line with the objectives and principles of the DAO

Keeping a good record of recruitment progress and steady improving recruitment process

Creating and executing a retention strategy to ensure that new members continue to participate and engage with Joystream after joining

Designing and carrying out an onboarding plan to onboard new members and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to comprehend and participate in the DAO.

Establishing connections with people and organizations that share the DAO's objectives

To draw potential members, identify and target relevant audiences and communities.

Providing support and guidance to new members during the transition period
