CWG priorities for part of term:
- The main work of curating videos, channels and metadata (resources) in Gleev and l1.media
- All non yt-synch channels are reviewed for Reward Content Policy by curators in more than 48 hours after first video is published [objectives score OKR]
- Working with CRP [Content Rewards Policy] and try improve.
- Update weights channel for show in Main page Gleev.
- Promoting NFTs in Discord (curator of the day posts interesting NFT(s) in #nfts channel)
- Working with OKR Q4:
- KR-1.3 Video NFT total trading volume at the end of the 4th quarter is 1,000,000 JOY. Promote NFT trade among content creators
- KR-1.6 Increase of 30% in total rewards distributed by CWG to content creators vs. the previous quarter
- Access must be requested for: Improving the landing page experience for Gleev users so that more varied and higher quality content is given preference.
Additionally:
- Hire a Gleev curator to review new YPP channels.
- Coordinate with MWG for Twitter posting of the best NFTs and content
- Update a snapshot table of NFT sales volumes for Term 22
