Planned WG budget:

Planned spending: 108,200 JOY/term (41,040 for Lead, 21,700 for @ferdikesh_studio, @Kira_skipper, @Prontera, mikasa 10,930 Joy/term each, 2000 Joy/term for new curator).

Planned spending after salary:

4 Category A videos were identified under the CRP. Authors will be awarded (4000 Joy) after verification.

I plan to pay 5300 Joy Omer for extrawork last term.

CWG priorities for part of term:

• The main work of curating videos, channels and metadata (resources) in Gleev and l1.media
• All non yt-synch channels are reviewed for Reward Content Policy by curators in more than 48 hours after first video is published [objectives score OKR]
• Working with CRP [Content Rewards Policy]

Additionally:

• The counsellor will be fired for poor performance. I plan to hire a new curator, with a minimum salary.
• NFT Featuring and Create Rewarding Scheme
• Promoting NFTs in Discord (curator of the day posts interesting NFT(s) in #creator channel)
