Planned spending: 123,261 JOY/term (20,160 for Lead, @ferdikesh_studio, @Kira_skipper и @abramaria_: 10,930 Joy/term each, 8,208 JOY/term, @Counsellor 7,776 JOY/term, @Prontera 8,208 JOY/term, new worker: 3,888 JOY/term). For good work, I raise the salary of Maria.

Planned spending after salary:

Some videos were identified for CRP payments, after checks, 10 videos remained for payment. +10,000 Joy

If the YPP Early User Reward Program continues, an additional 30,000 Joy will be required (10 new content creators)

Direct payments for extra work (for @ferdikesh_studio, @abramaria_, @Prontera, @Kira_skipper : 9,000 Joy.

CWG priorities for part of term:

• The main work of curating videos, channels and metadata (resources) in Gleev and l1.media
• All non yt-synch channels are reviewed for Reward Content Policy by curators in more than 48 hours after first video is published [objectives score OKR]
