The council needs clear bonuses for leads. This document lists objectives for each group.

For every the council plan will contain a list term goals for each group with a defined value derived from estimated hours. Based on lead performance reward is adjusted at the end of the term and if needed discussed during Handover meetings.

For all groups:

• 0.1M report is submitted on the forum in time (when revealing starts).
• 0.25M if report is complete.

Per Group

• HR

  • 0.25M All workers have access to CRM and use it
  • 0.25M Developed integrators timesheet and announced it on Discord
  • 0.1M integrated 10 contributors in #start-here
  • 0.1M Distributed 2M via bounties

• Builders

  Main goal of Builders is to provide the Council and WGs (on Council's behalf) with necessary tools to guarantee high performance of all systems.

  • Reported progress an issues to the council 0.1M/d
  • 0.25M per restored community tool

• Forum

  • 0.1M daily for announcement on discord about noteworthy threads / post (until bot is back up)
  • __M hire and train a deputy
  • make a guide for newcomers/ depute

• Content

  • 0.25M Published documentation how current curation system works
  • 0.1M for every day recommended video content was updated
  • 0.1M 0 license issues or duplicate content at the end of the term

• Storage

  Main goal for Storage WG is to maintain high replication and guaranteed availability of assets without spending more than necessary.

  • Base: 0.1M multiplied with average replication factor for all bags.
  • Publish daily performance assessment to the council that proves availability of all objects on all buckets 0.1M/d
  • 0.25M All workers deploy QN fix
  • 0.25M Storage submitted bounty drafts: Storage SP Bounty
  • 0.25M Research failing assets

• Distribution

  The main goals for Distribution WG is to maintain high download performance and guaranteed availability of assets without spending more than necessary.

  • Publish max and used bandwidth for each provider daily (eg. screenshot per node on notion). 0.1M/d
  • 0.1M/d lead publishes test results for each bucket, bag and object from different locations. This task can be outsourced.
  • 0.25M lead proves daily availability of all objects.
  • 0.25M All workers deploy QN fix
  • 0.1M Current setup instructions shared by lead
  • 0.25M Submit bounty for needed tools.
  • 0.25M Research failing assets

• Marketing

  • 0.25M Published Marketing concept with tasks on the forum in line with JSG's Marketing Roadmap
  • 0.1M for every newcomer guide published in #start-here Newcomers’ guides (always preparing)
