In my first term, I had the challenge of establishing working groups and initiating the listing of JOY token on a cryptocurrency exchange, and the council agreed to prioritize this.

Working Groups Resumed

We started with storage, distributors, builders and forum working groups. Initially we decided on budgets for these working groups except for the builder working group as their incentive system is very complex and could potentially consume more than enough DAO budget if not handled correctly. Right now, we are in a phase where we need to decide on rewards per task and do some market research required for it (WIP).

Storage Working Group and JOY Listing

The Storage Working Group is an essential part of the DAO - however their storage capacity may not be scalable in the long run - so I cannot comment further as SWG Lead has committed to propose different solutions for making the operations of the Storage WG scalable.

I think JOY should be listed as soon as possible and the council has agreed on this - It is a task for the Marketing Working Group, we only had one late but worthy applicant for MWG Lead role and it took extra time to set up. I believe that the JOY listing event should be led by MWG, but since they haven't started yet I cannot comment more on the listing event.

Council Secretary and Fellow CMs

During our first term, I had positive discussion on first council standup about importance of having council secretary. At this time, however, I think that the community should be consulted before deciding on this matter unless and until normal DAO operations resume.

I appreciate my fellow council members' hard work in making this happen - without them none of what we have achieved wasn't possible.
