There was a concern of compensation not matching effort in bringing in new creators into Joystream by former outreach specialists. As at the time of drafting this assesment, the program has been confirmed to be discontinued in the marketing working group.
3.0 Compensation and Benefits
Some workers express dissatisfaction with their current salary as DAO workers for various reasons: they face risks due to token exchange rate fluctuations, call for improved HR salary and fair compensation for night moderator, express concerns about long-term sustainability, and criticize reductions in compensation over time as well as significant pay gaps between workers and leads.
