These are the following responsibilities of MWG lead:
- Follow the following roadmap in summer and winter both to drive all marketing strategies/ term plan around it, no matter what is happening around: https://github.com/Joystream/marketing/issues/171

- Council asked for something sometimes, MWG is responsible to follow the council’s directions as well.
- Because its DAO, so lead is responsible to respect sentiments of community if it doesn’t harm anything.
- Lead is responsible to make plan for MWG each term. Plan template will be provided by council.
- Lead is responsible to make summary of each term by MWG. Summary template will be provided by council.
- Lead is responsible to make report of each term by MWG. Report template will be provided by council.
- Lead is responsible to follow its made plan strictly.
- MWG will lead its working group, take care of its workers and support them at all stages whatever their problem is regarding work.
- MWG lead plays role of bridge between council+jsg and marketing working group.
- MWG is responsible to bring new ideas on table and be creative in marketing strategies. MWG lead will help help jsg and council to make directions for MWG.
- MWG lead will responsible for all marketing matters of joystream.
