  4. Assisting newcomer workers in onboarding process;
  5. Moderating #human-resources | #active-bounties channels;
  6. Tracking workers performance;
  7. Tracking workers availability;
  8. Monitoring openings in other groups;
  9. Creating a bounty for newcomers;
  10. Tracking of bounty performance by participants;
  11. Judging the Bounty and paying out the reward;
  12. Budget tracking for bounty tasks;
  13. Rational use of the budget if there are reserves;
  14. Deputy training.
