- Improve in communication: Foster a sense of community and help members connect with each other more which will help them be more comfortable with the Forum’s features. Sending regular update message that will remind members of the forum’s existence and provide knowledge of the importance of the working group.
- Increase engagement with badges: Fun filled activities like quizzes about Joystream will drive competition, bring about motivation and help members improve their retentivity. Also, by encouraging commenting, forums build interactions with members. Each member can post one new discussion topic which everyone can then reply to and leave their comments below.
