∆ Interaction with the new member in Channel:
This sets off immediately the new member posts his/her first message, this can be in any of the channels in the Server. Ensure to put an eye out for this member’s post in any channel at all.
Ensure to let him know that we are glad to have him/her in our DAO.
Then ensure to inquire from the individual how he/she heard about Joystream. This is an important data that we need to collect from every new member. Once this user provides this, the data needed for the HR Onboarding Worksheet, starts to arise.
Depending on this individual's first post, a proper follow up takes place immediately. If the individual has no information about what he/she does in their first message or introduction, you can strike this up in your next message, after collecting where he/she heard about us.
You can ask:
“What skills have you got that we should know about?”
“What do you do in the Crypto space that we should know about?”
“What's interesting about you that we should know about?”
“What brings you to the Joystream project?”
“How long have you been in the Crypto Space?”
