Process Overview

1. Nominations will be collected until Noon UTC, July 9th. Valid nominations are those presented by active Governance Guild members. Nominations should be posted on #gov-discussion-public inside of Discord.
2. Voting will then begin via a role restricted poll inside of Discord. Only Governance Guild members can vote.
3. Voting will run until Noon UTC, July 16th.

For the positions of Guild Leader, Project Manager, and Governance Steward, guild members can cast 1 vote. The sole member receiving the most votes will be elected.

For the External Delegation Committee, guild members can cast up to 5 votes (the size of the committee). The 5 members receiving the most votes will be elected.
