The Governance Guild will be creating and using operating manuals to help define the tasks done on a regular basis. These manuals will be living documents that can be updated as things change. Creating and maintaining these manuals will allow for better delegation and decentralization of responsibilities!
There will be three main role operating manuals: Guild Leader, Project Manager, and Governance Steward.
In addition, other manuals may be created or the process may be clearly outlined and defined within an existing manual.
