The Forum Lead has a continuous growth mindset, responsible for organizing the methodology and structure of the forum. Monitors all forum activities, catalyzes the collective intelligence of the group, fosters meaningful relationships among members and establish an environment of reliability and confidentiality. The forum moderator Lead decides what moderators are responsible for what categories. The Forum Moderator Lead also sees to it that contents shared during these activities are appropriate and adhere to the Forum Moderation rules.
