Forum lead is responsible overlooking the forum and forum workers

• monitors and moderates the Forum activity;
  • works on new categories;
  • movement of wrongly or not updated categorized threads or posts;
  • sticky threading necessary or important threads or posts;
  • deletion of unnecessary, unapplicable or erroneous threads or posts;
• arranges and updates notion page for Forum group;
• prepares necessary reports per council term;
  • creates group plans at the beginning of council term;
  • summarized forum summaries and group reports at the end of term;
• attends meetings and handover calls with council and other leads;
  • reports group plans and forum summaries;
  • brainstorm with council and other leads;
• manages and distributes extra budget via discretionary spending;
• helps managing stale pre-proposals;
  • reminds or follow ups authors and council;
  • write summary with open questions for stale threads;
• works with builder’s team regarding bugs and improvements related to forum;
  • documenting bugs or improvements and making github reports;
  • testing builder’s updates and giving necessary feedback;
• manages Forum workers and checks their work; (N/A at the moment)
  • assigns moderators to categories;
  • executes hiring and firing of forum workers;

Forum Deputy Lead assists Lead works in case the latter is not available
