Detailed description:

Joystream Video DAO is actively looking for a Marketing WG Deputy Lead to join our Pioneer Governance App Marketing team.

• MWG is responsible for increasing the outreach, sharing the content from the platform with the world, spreading the news about the platform development, new members acquisition and overall marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize the Marketing WG scores
• Assist MWG lead in his duties
• Ensure that Marketers are performing adequately
• Prepares weekly reports/plans/summary in a format approved by Council and Jsgenesis.

Requirements:

• You can hit the ground running with significant web3 project management experience.
• You have strong management skills You have excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simply convey complex ideas, to large groups of people.
• You have experience in and excellent market knowledge of the digital asset industry.
• You are comfortable operating in a fully remote team and able to execute in this environment.
• Must be fluent in English
• Newcomers are allowed.
• Lead will provide more than enough support to newcomers until they are fully integrated and able to perform autonomously
