  1. CDN setup: Scaling strategy, Align SWG / DWG rewards, CIJTF for better monitoring
  2. Finalize and implement the OKR system
  3. Review and continue CR update
  4. Publish link-able Channel Payout document (Proposal 87 by JSG)
  5. Monitor the cost-effectiveness BWGs task, especially the tasks for Pioneer improvements.
  6. Double check and re-consider all the Leads’ Salary
  7. Review HRWG scope: Intervention on Workers’ Salary Adjustments and development metrics for all WG, propose lead salaries
  8. Let WG define strategies, encourage usage of the forum (eg. min 2 discussions per term per WG for transparency)
  9. Consider Validator set increase proposals (constitutionality requires approval of three consecutive Councils)
  10. Decide whether DAO should provide its own OTC
