Council Term 13 Plan

1. Composition

Major tasks and activities, that needs to be focused more in the next council term:

Get prepared for listing and post-listing events
- Update Council Plan/Report and WG Plan/Report templates, taking into account JOY is liquid.
- Review WG budgets and salaries to get a clearer picture on needs once JOY is liquid.
- Enhance our current compensation system. For further details see Leads Scoring And Effects On Salary and Salaries Assessment.
- Discuss and implement the JOYS/USD Value For Budgeting Purposes, DAO Stablecoins Treasury
- Further test Multisig functionality to better understand its applicability to us.
OKRs
- Finalize the draft for Q3 OKR and develop a process for the OKR life cycle

Compensation system
- Follow up on the developments and start implementing Leads Scoring And Effects On Salary and Salaries Assessment.
Validators
- Promote staking and validating to increase network security, see Validators, **Incentives For JOY Staking.**
Other tasks
- The content working group should start shipping channel payouts and generate better documentation of which channels we are rewarding that can be used for marketing with examples of HQ content.
- Development of own block explorer and mobile version of Pioneer.
- Contribute DAO Gateway roadmap, initiate necessary discussions.
- Discuss possibilities of YPP implementation to other apps. Let’s return to the topic after listing, so we can be more wisely allocate funds.
