The Community Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for community members who need assistance with navigating our Joystream's services and resources. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with community members, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from community members in a timely and professional manner
Identify and understand the needs of community members and provide effective solutions to meet those needs
Build positive relationships with community members and maintain a strong understanding of their needs
Keep the community alive, actively engaged at all times
Collaborate with working groups to ensure community members receive the appropriate level of support
Provide education and resources to community members to promote their overall active participation
Document all interactions with community members and maintain accurate records
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our community support services
