2. Budget for the Term

• Planned budget: 101.1 K Joy.
• Actual budget: 96 K Joy.

There is only one video left for the CRP award after the reviews. Created an Update Channel Payouts propo for 1000 Joy from the treasury of consuls to reward not per user, but per channel.

Omer was paid 5300 Joy for extra work for working on new tasks before being hired as deputy.

3. Work status for the Term

First priority:

• The main work of curating videos, channels and metadata (resources) in Gleev and l1.media
• All non yt-synch channels are reviewed for Reward Content Policy by curators in more than 48 hours after first video is published [objectives score OKR].

Second priority:

• Paid rewards (14500 Joy) to authors for videos reviewing Gleev in particular or Joystream in general through the Update Channel Payouts proposal
• Working with the NFT Featuring. Creating a reward scheme in progress.
