1. Assists with membership creation, applying to an opening and pioneer setup.
2. Encourages and motivates the team to work hard to meet high Council’s and JSG expectations
3. Moderates the #builders channel.

1. Reports term plan on the forum.
2. Maintains Builders Notion space.
3. Ensures workers are paid according to their performance
   1. Tracks workers performance, collect hours per task from all workers. ⇒ Notion
   2. Suggests new worker rewards based on reported hours and SP ⇒ Notion
   3. Finalizes rewards together with Lead ⇒ Notion
4. Prepares weekly reports in a format approved by Council
