1. We will perform research, what are ways to find youtube influencers who are in blockchain even slightly. We can also consider paid and unpaid tools both which can help us in this journey.

1. We will arrange small contest on in our reddit community. We will allow everyone to participate but its necessary to be redditor for participation.

Recruiting

1. We will recruit new professionals based on the needs of joystream. We are outreaching discord servers for recruitment purposes. We will find react developer and backend engineer escpecially in this term.

Handbook Improvement

1. We will find a suitable worker who can improve handbook of joystream. We are continuously doing it.
